One Hundred Days: Alternative Action

Being too busy

is a socially-approved

pattern. 

And the practice of

meditation 

contemplative prayer

takes commitment. 

Many of us who care about this

fail again and again

to spend the time we

hope

in letting go of thoughts. 

But, what if we try 

something different,

today 

and repeat tomorrow?

And then did the same for 

one hundred days?

What if we just sit

in a quiet place

for five minutes 

and breathe in

Love

and breath out

peace?
